Legal Counsel – Global eSIM Marketplace

About the role

Airalo is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its fast‑growing global eSIM marketplace. The role is fully remote and works across Spain, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, providing commercial and regulatory guidance to product, commercial and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate partnership, vendor, distribution and telecom contracts for operations in 200+ countries.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on contractual risk, regulatory exposure and deal structuring.
• Support data‑privacy compliance, including GDPR and other regional data‑protection frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure legal alignment on new products and market expansions.
• Escalate high‑risk or novel legal issues to senior leadership as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial and regulatory matters, preferably in telecom or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of international data‑privacy laws, especially GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.
