Legal Counsel

About the role

Our global client is looking for a commercially‑minded Legal Counsel to join an expanding in‑house legal team. You will support international operations, focusing on contractor workforce solutions and cross‑border business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contractor agreements and international terms of business.
• Provide advice on employment law and contingent‑workforce compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support market‑expansion strategies and cross‑border operations.
• Partner with commercial teams to manage risk and design compliant engagement models.
• Handle disputes and deliver pragmatic, business‑focused legal advice.
• Offer guidance and training to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer (UK or international) with approximately 3+ years of experience.
• Strong commercial contracts background, preferably within recruitment or workforce‑solutions.
• Experience with contractor models and international terms of business.
• Solid grounding in employment law.
• Ability to work confidently with stakeholders in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• French language skills are desirable.
