Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (4-8PQE)

About the role

Our client, a global AI business, is expanding its legal team in London. The role reports directly to the General Counsel and offers the chance to work on high‑impact commercial and technology matters within a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Lead customer‑facing negotiations in partnership with sales, finance and product teams.
• Provide legal advice on a range of IT contracts and data‑privacy issues.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a commercial/technology lawyer.
• Current or recent in‑house experience within a technology‑focused business (other sectors may be considered).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and report to senior legal leadership.
