Legal Executive – Residential Conveyancing (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are a highly successful solicitors firm located in central London, seeking a Legal Executive to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload. The role offers hybrid working after a probationary period and strong career progression within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including purchases, sales, re‑mortgages, refinancing and bridging finance.
• Manage medium to high‑value and complex property matters in Central London.
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Maintain accurate files, meet strict deadlines and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a CILEx Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care, communication and attention‑to‑detail.
