Legal PA – Family Team – Up to £48,000 – Hybrid (3 days office)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded Family team in the City of London. You will support senior fee earners on complex, high‑value family law matters, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diary and inbox management for a busy legal team
• Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
• Preparation of legal documents, court bundles and correspondence
• Client and matter onboarding, including AML/KYC compliance and file management
• Billing, expenses and financial administration
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal PA within a contentious area of law (family experience preferred)
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, proactive and able to thrive in a busy, high‑performing team

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with case management systems
