About the role
A leading city‑based professional services firm is hiring an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support partners and fee earners within its busy Real Estate team. This newly created position sits in a well‑established PA team and offers a hybrid working pattern.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements proactively.
- Coordinate meetings, events and client interactions.
- Support billing, matter management and compliance processes.
- Assist with pitches, reports and document production.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Finance and Business Development.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal PA, preferably within Real Estate.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator and proactive, adaptable team player.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite.
