About the role
Our client, an established law firm in London, is seeking a Legal Property Paralegal to support a team of fee earners. The role involves both commercial and residential property work, offering the chance to develop expertise in a leading practice.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial and residential property contracts.
- Conduct title searches and liaise with clients, solicitors and third parties.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry forms and searches.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in legal property work (commercial and/or residential).
- Qualified law degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Familiarity with Land Registry procedures and documentation.
- Strong IT literacy and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
