About the role

Capital R2R is seeking a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in Manchester. You will focus on sourcing and placing legal professionals for the London commercial market while operating from our vibrant central office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a warm desk of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities (BD).
• Network with candidates and law firms via calls, emails and social media.
• Utilise the company’s extensive candidate database to match talent with client needs.
• Collaborate with in‑house marketing support to promote vacancies.
• Achieve monthly and annual placement targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal recruitment covering the London market.
• Strong commercial awareness of law‑firm hiring practices.
• Competitive, target‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute ideas for growth.
