Lettings & Portfolio Growth Manager

About the role

This is a dynamic, growth‑focused position within a rapidly expanding property investment and estate agency business. Working directly with the Directors, you will own the development of the managed lettings portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and investors while driving commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the managed lettings portfolio by converting landlord opportunities into long‑term management instructions.
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords, investors and property owners.
• Conduct landlord meetings, portfolio reviews and maximise retention and recurring income.
• Collaborate with Directors to implement growth strategies and identify process improvements.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the managed portfolio alongside the wider team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ residential lettings experience.
• Strong understanding of landlords and the lettings market.
• Commercial mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence advising landlords and investors.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: experience growing a lettings portfolio, property investment experience, ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification (or willingness to study towards Level 4).

• Basic salary £30,000‑£32,000 per year.
