LEV Engineer – Field-Based Role with Company Vehicle

About the role

We are seeking an experienced LEV Engineer to join our specialist clean‑air and ventilation business. You will work on‑site across the West Midlands, carrying out testing, inspections and fault‑finding to keep customers compliant and improve their extraction and ventilation performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct LEV examinations and performance testing at customer sites.
• Inspect, assess and report on dust extraction, ventilation and air‑handling systems.
• Diagnose faults, recommend improvements and support installation, commissioning and maintenance work.
• Produce clear, accurate reports and maintain safe working practices in line with current standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in LEV testing and inspection.
• Good knowledge of dust extraction, ventilation or air‑handling systems.
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding ability.
• Understanding of COSHH, HSE LEV guidance and BOHS P601 (P602/P604 advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence.
