Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Didcot Nursery

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Didcot. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to work in a warm, inclusive environment where children learn through play and structured activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning sessions in line with EYFS standards.
• Support each child's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating environment throughout the day.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote inclusion, equality, and positive behaviour.
• Contribute to daily routines and the smooth running of the nursery.

Required profile

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early years education and child development.
