About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Didcot. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to work in a warm, inclusive environment where children learn through play and structured activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning sessions in line with EYFS standards.
- Support each child's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating environment throughout the day.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote inclusion, equality, and positive behaviour.
- Contribute to daily routines and the smooth running of the nursery.
Required profile
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Caring, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for early years education and child development.

- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
