About the role
Join a range of nurseries and primary school settings across South Birmingham and Solihull as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This flexible supply position offers both full‑time and part‑time options, allowing you to support young children while fitting your personal schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for nursery and reception‑aged children.
- Deliver play‑based learning activities that promote early development.
- Assist with children’s educational, social and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and support child development practices.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or similar childcare role.
- Level 3 Early Years, Level 3 Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for early learning and child development.
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and proactive approach to working in different settings.
