About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Woodberry Day Nursery in Waterlooville. You will support children’s learning and development in a safe, stimulating environment while enjoying flexible working options.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a happy, supportive atmosphere through collaborative teamwork.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met at all times.

Required profile

• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive impact each day.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
