About the role
We are partnering with welcoming primary schools in Great Sankey, Warrington to find a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This part‑time, temporary position starts in September and supports children across the primary age range.
Key responsibilities
- Support teachers in creating a positive learning environment.
- Work with individuals and small groups.
- Support learning across the primary age range.
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
- Help every child reach their potential.
- Promote safeguarding and children’s wellbeing at all times.
Required profile
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in a primary school.
- Good understanding of safeguarding.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- A positive, caring and proactive approach.
