Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Part‑time, Temporary)

About the role

We are partnering with welcoming primary schools in Great Sankey, Warrington to find a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This part‑time, temporary position starts in September and supports children across the primary age range.

Key responsibilities

• Support teachers in creating a positive learning environment.
• Work with individuals and small groups.
• Support learning across the primary age range.
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Help every child reach their potential.
• Promote safeguarding and children’s wellbeing at all times.

Required profile

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
• Previous experience in a primary school.
• Good understanding of safeguarding.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• A positive, caring and proactive approach.
