LGV (C+E) Driver – Luton

About the role

Ocado Logistics is looking for experienced LGV (C+E) drivers to operate its modern, safety‑focused fleet. You will collect and deliver grocery orders between large Customer Fulfilment Centres and regional warehouses across the UK, working flexible shifts that may include nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Operate LGV vehicles safely on assigned routes, up to 12.5 hours per day.
• Collect and deliver grocery pallets between CFCs and regional sites.
• Adhere to strict safety and compliance procedures, including use of digital tachograph.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues promptly.
• Participate in ongoing CPC training and vehicle safety briefings.

Required profile

• Valid Category C+E driving licence.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points and no disqualifications in the past 10 years.
• At least 12 months of driving experience, with a minimum of 6 months LGV experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work 32‑hour (4‑day) or 40‑hour (5‑day) patterns and occasional overtime.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tachograph equipment.
• Understanding of CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) standards.
