About the role

We are seeking an experienced life‑sciences consultant to join Solici’s fast‑growing, purpose‑driven team in London. You will work with a curious and talented group to help clients bring groundbreaking therapies to patients worldwide, leading projects and shaping strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client projects on time, ensuring high value and alignment with client objectives.
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to solve complex problems across therapeutic areas.
• Design and facilitate workshops, manage project planning and execution.
• Drive business development by nurturing existing accounts and pursuing new client opportunities.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and win new business.
• Lead, manage and develop consulting colleagues through effective communication, feedback and personalised development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in life‑sciences or healthcare consulting.
• Strong project‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication and team‑development experience.
