Lift Repairs Supervisor

About the role

Orona Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Lift Repairs Supervisor to lead repair operations for its London team. The role involves planning, organising and supervising lift repair jobs, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan repair jobs to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time.
• Maintain documentation, risk assessments and method statements.
• Communicate regularly with customers, providing progress updates.
• Supervise repair engineers and subcontractors, ensuring weekly job sheets, repair reports and timesheets are accurately submitted.
• Monitor performance, close jobs on schedule and conduct site and engineer audits.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and promote safe working practices.
• Maintain company tools, materials and vehicles in safe and road‑worthy condition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lift repair operations and supervision.
• Ability to plan and organise repair schedules efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and managing parts logistics.
