About the role

This full‑time position is for a qualified solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join a well‑established, family‑oriented law firm near Seaford. The role centres on handling a varied litigation portfolio with a strong emphasis on landlord and tenant matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of general litigation matters.
• Provide specialist advice and representation in landlord and tenant disputes.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with a supportive team across multiple office locations.
• Ensure timely and effective case progression and documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑5 years PQE.
• Essential experience in landlord and tenant law.
• Strong background in general litigation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
