About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join an established firm in Colchester. You will work alongside an experienced solicitor handling contentious probate matters, while also building your own caseload and receiving support to qualify for the SQE.

Key responsibilities

Assist the solicitor with a range of contentious probate cases.
Prepare legal documents, conduct research and liaise with clients.
Develop and manage your own caseload as you gain experience.
Participate in SQE study sessions and training provided by the firm.

Required profile

Previous experience in litigation, preferably probate.
Motivation to progress towards the SQE qualification.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
