Litigation Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE, £50k+ (DOE)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our expanding civil litigation team in Cornwall. The role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while collaborating on high‑value, complex matters within a supportive, progressive law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual, property, and professional negligence claims.
• Collaborate on high‑value, complex matters and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in possession proceedings, title disputes, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with a major legal expenses insurer to secure a steady flow of high‑quality instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
