Litigation Solicitor – NQ to 4 Years PQE

About the role
We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor with between NQ and four years PQE to join a leading dispute resolution team in central London. The successful candidate will work closely with a partner recognised in the Legal 500, handling a mix of property, commercial and insolvency matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage landlord and tenant disputes, including service charge litigation.
- Advise on shareholder and partnership disputes.
- Conduct commercial litigation and support insolvency matters.
- Prepare pleadings, witness statements and case bundles.
- Conduct legal research and liaise with clients and external counsel.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with NQ to 4 years PQE experience in dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to handle property and commercial litigation matters.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work under the guidance of a senior partner.
