Litigation Solicitor – Property Law (NQ-2PQE)

About the role

We are looking for a Litigation Solicitor with a focus on property law to join our multi‑site team in Trowbridge. This full‑time position offers exposure to the full litigation lifecycle, from case initiation through trial and post‑trial work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team throughout all stages of litigation, including initiation, discovery, trial, and appeals.
• Research relevant statutes, regulations and case law to support case strategy.
• Gather, organise and prepare evidence and legal documents for attorney review.
• Draft correspondence, contracts, mortgages and other legal paperwork.
• Obtain affidavits and formal statements for use in court.
• Support senior lawyers during trials and file exhibits, briefs and appeals with the court.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings and depositions with clients, witnesses and external vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lawyer, preferably in property litigation.
• Strong grasp of property law terminology and principles.
• Excellent research, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research software.
