Live-in Care Assistant

About the role

Join The Good Care Group’s award‑winning live‑in care team in Exeter. As a Live‑in Care Assistant you will support clients to live independently at home while enjoying a friendly, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a personalised care plan to enable clients to remain safely in their own homes.
• Work an average of 6–10 hours per day, providing one‑to‑one care for a client or couple.
• Assist with personal care, condition management and household tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes in client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in the care sector.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care.
• Willingness to undergo a Standard DBS check.
