Logistics Administrator – FMCG (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an organised, detail‑oriented Administrator to support operational planning in a fast‑paced FMCG environment based in Maidstone.

Key responsibilities

• Book finished goods into the system after production to enable dispatch.
• Provide loading instructions and specification labels as part of batch documentation.
• Support and cover daily planning of production and packing programmes as required.
• Handle allocation or document queries and authorise batch changes for production/warehouse.
• Minimise plan changes by collaborating with production team leaders to match workload with resources.
• Participate in meetings as requested.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator within the FMCG industry.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with planning tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
