Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily shipping operations for SALONI, ensuring finished goods move efficiently from manufacturing sites to international warehouses and customers. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Operations, the role works closely with wholesale, production, sales, finance and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers to arrange shipments of finished goods and raw materials.
• Generate shipping documentation and manage logistics for market events and special projects.
• Act as primary contact for warehouses, logistics partners and customs brokers.
• Manage inventory movements across three international warehouses, performing weekly and monthly reconciliations.
• Produce inventory reports and monthly valuations for key stakeholders.
• Create production order splits, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and upload product catalogues to the ERP system.
• Classify and upload HTS tariff codes to facilitate customs clearance.
• Administer in‑season stock allocations for e‑commerce and coordinate replenishment for the DTC channel.
• Review and approve logistics invoices, collaborating with Finance to resolve cost discrepancies.
• Support production, sales and finance on logistics‑related processes and drive continuous supply‑chain improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Experience managing stock control procedures across multiple international warehouses.
• Familiarity with reviewing logistics invoices and collaborating with finance teams.
• Ability to produce accurate inventory reports and valuations.
