Luxury Beach Travel Specialist (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a Luxury Beach Travel Specialist to join a leading luxury travel company on a fully remote basis. You will work with travel‑trade partners, creating bespoke beach holiday itineraries and driving sales through inbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Design and tailor luxury beach itineraries to meet individual client requirements.
- Handle inbound sales calls from travel agents and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Achieve personal sales, revenue and productivity targets.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, airlines and ground arrangements.
- Upsell additional services and ensure outstanding customer service.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling luxury itineraries to beach destinations.
- Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Background in a target‑driven sales environment.
- Strong geographical knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for travel.

What we offer
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per year, plus commission.
- Fully home‑working remote role.
