About the role

We are seeking a polished and customer‑focused Luxury Brand Ambassador to represent leading beauty brands in a flagship store in Plymouth. You will be the face of iconic make‑up, skincare and fragrance lines, delivering personalised service and expert product advice to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalised customer service and expert guidance across make‑up, fragrance and skincare.
• Drive sales through confident product recommendations and active customer engagement.
• Maintain immaculate presentation, grooming standards and counter hygiene.

• Uphold brand values and ensure every interaction reflects a premium service standard.

Required profile

• Genuine interest or experience with luxury beauty, make‑up, fragrance and skincare.
• Strong people skills and confidence when connecting with customers.
• Polished, professional appearance and well‑presented demeanor.
• Previous beauty, retail or customer‑facing experience is highly desirable.
• Proactive attitude with ability to engage shoppers and maximise sales.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken English, reliability and flexibility.
