Luxury Retail Assistant – Saturday Shifts

About the role

Join a prestigious luxury retail brand in Mayfair for short‑term Saturday coverage. You will work on 1st and 8th August from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, delivering the high‑standard service expected by discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for clients, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, setup, refreshments, and clear‑down.
• Manage stationery and consumable stock levels, placing orders as needed.
• Perform data‑entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and health & safety concerns.
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication standards, and a clean, organised work area.
• Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer‑facing roles.
• Strong commitment to maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently on scheduled Saturday shifts.
