Luxury Retail Sales Manager – Art Gallery

About the role

This position leads sales and client experience for a contemporary art gallery that positions its collection as a luxury retail product. You will combine on‑site client interaction with proactive outreach to grow footfall and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Meet realistic monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Provide exceptional client service from first contact to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Make daily outbound calls and emails to generate new business and manage existing client relationships.
• Oversee gallery floor operations, including staffing and visual merchandising.
• Conduct home consultations and private viewings when required.
• Work flexible weekends, as these are the busiest periods.

Required profile

• Strong desire to sell luxury products, with a genuine interest in contemporary art.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheet).
