About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Luxury Sales Expert to join our premium retail store in Southampton. You will work in a fast‑growing environment where building rapport and converting conversations into sales are key to success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance and exceed individual KPIs.
• Proactively approach customers, creating meaningful, consultative conversations.
• Convert footfall into sales through confident selling techniques.
• Maximise average transaction value by upselling, cross‑selling and adding on products.
• Maintain high visual and service standards across the shop floor.
• Contribute to a motivated, high‑energy team culture.

• Proven background in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Confident initiating conversations and overcoming objections.
• Energetic, resilient and commercially focused.
• Polished and professional appearance suitable for a premium setting.
