Luxury Ski Chalet Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Bristol‑based team, specialising in luxury ski chalets and boutique hotels across the Alps. You will work directly with discerning clients to design and book unforgettable mountain holidays, while representing our distinctive, design‑led travel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and nurture high‑net‑worth clients interested in premium ski accommodation.
• Present tailored chalet options, negotiate terms and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and follow up on leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the brand at events and maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers.

Required profile

• Completed a winter season with a high‑end ski operator.
• Intelligent, organised and commercially minded.
• Polished presentation skills suitable for a premium brand.
• Passion for hospitality, people and sales.
• Strong drive to exceed targets and grow with the business.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary £24,000‑£27,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 in year 1 and £50,000+ in year 2.
