About the role

Join an ambitious owner‑run luxury tour operator as a Luxury Worldwide Travel Specialist. You will work closely with travel agents to design and sell bespoke, high‑spend holidays for clients across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Book flights, accommodation and tailor‑made itineraries for worldwide destinations.
• Use a Global Distribution System (GDS) daily to secure travel components.
• Provide expert advice based on strong destination and product knowledge.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Handle post‑sale administrative tasks and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Develop and nurture relationships with travel agents and suppliers.
• Continuously update personal knowledge of the luxury product range.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury reservations or high‑end travel sales.
• Sales‑focused mindset with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Polished telephone manner and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
• Residency in Greater Manchester, South Manchester or Cheshire is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS (Global Distribution System) for booking travel services.
