Inside Sales Executive (AST) – Hybrid

About the role

Citation, a provider of Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law and ISO services, is hiring an Inside Sales Executive (AST) in Wilmslow on a hybrid basis, working three days in the office. The role engages with existing clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions from Citation's range of services.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with the established client base to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships, becoming a go-to advisor for clients seeking to grow.
• Showcase how Citation's services can bring lasting value, delivering client-focused pitches.
• Address client concerns professionally and confidently.
• Track and manage leads through CRM tools, keeping the pipeline organised and efficient.
• Work closely with internal teams, aligning on strategies to deliver results for both Citation and its clients.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Client-focused mindset, able to identify client needs and offer solutions.
• Strong communication skills and resilience, with a goal-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipelines.
