M365 Systems Administrator

About the role

Q5 is moving to a Microsoft 365 E5 environment and needs an experienced technology support professional to lead the deployment and administration of E5 capabilities. You will join a small, hands‑on team reporting to the Technology Manager, providing first‑line and second‑line support to global users while driving security, compliance and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line, remote and face‑to‑face technology support for Windows, macOS, mobile and web‑based tools across a global user base.
• Deploy, configure and administer Microsoft 365 E5 services, including Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, SSO).
• Translate E5 investments into measurable security and compliance improvements.
• Support core business systems and identify workflow automation opportunities using Power Automate and API integrations.
• Collaborate with the Technology Manager and team to continuously improve service delivery and user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering first‑line and second‑line support in a corporate environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365 E5 deployment and administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
• Self‑motivated, empathetic and committed to providing high‑quality support.
