About the role
Join a leading investment bank’s expanding Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure team in London as an M&A Associate. You will work on high‑profile transactions and support senior bankers in both execution and origination.
Key responsibilities
- Independently lead day‑to‑day execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions in the transportation, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
- Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.
- Contribute to origination efforts and prepare compelling client presentations.
- Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Mentor and act as a role model for junior team members.
Required profile
- Excellent financial analysis capabilities.
- Solid M&A experience, preferably within transport and infrastructure.
- Proven track‑record of deal execution.
- Good knowledge of compliance, relevant laws, rules and regulations.
