About the role

Join a leading investment bank’s expanding Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure team in London as an M&A Associate. You will work on high‑profile transactions and support senior bankers in both execution and origination.

Key responsibilities

  • Independently lead day‑to‑day execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions in the transportation, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
  • Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.
  • Contribute to origination efforts and prepare compelling client presentations.
  • Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and act as a role model for junior team members.

Required profile

  • Excellent financial analysis capabilities.
  • Solid M&A experience, preferably within transport and infrastructure.
  • Proven track‑record of deal execution.
  • Good knowledge of compliance, relevant laws, rules and regulations.
