M&A Director - Multi-site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Director to shape and execute the acquisition strategy of a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed multi‑site platform. This senior position will drive a buy‑and‑build approach, overseeing the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to integration, while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end M&A transactions, including valuation, negotiation, and execution.
• Oversee due‑diligence processes and craft compelling investment cases for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate post‑acquisition integration to realize synergies and value creation.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Proven in‑house M&A experience (essential).
• Track record of success in multi‑site or buy‑and‑build environments.
• Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in private‑equity‑backed or high‑growth businesses is preferred.
