M&A Vice President – Renewable Energy & Infrastructure

About the role

This senior position sits within a leading M&A advisory platform focused on renewable energy, low‑carbon generation, storage and related infrastructure. Based in London, you will lead end‑to‑end deal processes for equity and debt mandates, working directly with senior clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions, crafting and delivering strategic advice across sell‑side and buy‑side mandates.
• Review and stress‑test financial models, translating analysis into client‑focused recommendations.
• Manage junior bankers in preparing investment memoranda, management presentations and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities and oversee workstreams with external advisors.
• Negotiate and execute transaction documents, including SPAs, debt facilities and joint‑venture agreements.
• Drive firm‑wide marketing initiatives, pitch development and idea generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Supervise and train junior staff, including overseeing the internship programme.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant M&A experience, preferably in renewables, infrastructure or power generation.
• Top‑tier university degree with an excellent academic record.
• Proven track record of closing complex transactions and strong references.
