About the role

Prime Recruitment is recruiting Machine Operators / Trade Assistants with workshop experience for a client in Welshpool. The role involves operating an automatic welding machine, with full training provided, in a long-term position with a well-established organisation.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a workshop environment.
  • Availability for an immediate start and a strong commitment to long-term employment.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.

Required skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of measuring tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet targets.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Physically fit, able to handle manual loads; a current forklift licence is highly regarded.
