- Administer digital quality and workflow systems such as JIRA, Field Eagle or equivalent, track defects and quality issues, escalate overdue items and prepare quality reports and summaries.
- Work with engineering, procurement, production and project teams so quality requirements are followed throughout plant room assembly and delivery, and support FAT documentation and project quality handover packs.

- Experience in quality administration, document control or a similar role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering or assembly.
- Understanding of QMS principles and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Desirable: experience supporting audits, non-conformance management and quality reporting; exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or other quality improvement methods; familiarity with technical drawings, inspection and testing records or mechanical/HVAC equipment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with digital workflow or document management systems (e.g. JIRA, Field Eagle).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective communication.
