Maintenance Electrician – Monday to Friday, Stable Environment

About the role

This permanent position offers a calm, predictable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule for an experienced electrician who prefers a stable, well‑managed estate environment. You will join a supportive team that values quality, consistency and a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the site.
• Maintain lighting, power distribution and building services equipment.
• Perform fault finding, testing and repairs.
• Support small installation and improvement projects.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition wiring regulations preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or building services.
• Desire for a long‑term, stable role with a structured environment.
• Commitment to delivering quality work.
