About the role

Our client is seeking ex‑military personnel to join a specialist maintenance team responsible for the external upkeep of high‑profile commercial and residential properties across Central London and surrounding areas. The role offers early finish hours and a supportive environment for those who enjoy working outdoors and developing specialist skills.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out external building maintenance activities on a range of prestigious sites.
• Work safely at height using specialist access equipment and tools.
• Maintain the presentation and condition of building exteriors to the highest standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company protocols at all times.
• Report any equipment defects and ensure tools are well maintained.
• Represent the company professionally while on customer sites.

Required profile

• Reliable, professional approach with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work at height or undertake the necessary training.
• Physically fit and able to perform active duties.
• Positive attitude, safety‑conscious mindset and good communication skills.
