Maintenance Technician – Accommodation Division

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the accommodation division of Sunbelt Rentals. The successful candidate will ensure that all equipment and facilities are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance, supporting a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out pre‑handover inspections of accommodation units.
• Install and remove wall boards and flooring as required.
• Perform brush painting tasks.
• Maintain equipment to meet cleanliness, functionality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Basic DIY skills.
• Basic plumbing abilities.
• Ability to follow standard health and safety procedures in a busy environment.
• Team‑player attitude with a flexible, self‑motivated approach.
• Knowledge of the accommodation unit industry is advantageous (training provided).
