Maintenance Technician – Hotel Property

About the role

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join the Fraser Suites Glasgow team. You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property, ensuring that all facilities meet the high standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, repairs and installations across the hotel’s building, plant, furniture and equipment.
• Manage fire‑safety installations and ensure compliance with health & safety, building and fire regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimise downtime and keep rooms ready for sale.
• Support sustainability initiatives by following green policies and proposing improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role within a hospitality or property environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety, building regulations and fire safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a motivated team and communicate clearly.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
