About the role

We are seeking an experienced management couple to run a stunning seaside pub and hotel on a remote Scottish island. The role combines full financial responsibility with the opportunity to create a vibrant community hub serving locals and tourists alike.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects, including profit & loss, budgeting and stock ordering.
• Act as warm, gracious hosts, engaging with large groups of visitors and local patrons.
• Develop, train and lead the team, incorporating feedback and ensuring high service standards.
• Design and manage the menu, selecting wines, beers and seasonal food offerings.
• Collaborate with local farmers and producers to source fresh ingredients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality management with a strong record in P&L oversight.
• Background in fresh‑food or seasonal cuisine operations.
• Charismatic, welcoming presence with the ability to connect with both locals and tourists.
