About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering high‑quality repairs, maintenance, compliance, and planned works to ensure a safe, well‑maintained building and an excellent resident experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across the community.
- Complete maintenance tasks promptly, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, lighting, and general repairs.
- Manage maintenance requests through the Onsite system, ensuring timely completion and resident communication.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with Greystar policies and procedures.
