Major Loss Adjuster – Remote (South East England)

About the role

Adjusting Appointments Limited is expanding its Major Loss Unit and is looking for 2‑3 experienced adjusters to join a remote South East England team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial loss cases, ranging from sub‑£100,000 claims to multi‑million‑pound exposures.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle commercial loss claims across a wide financial spectrum.
• Interpret client‑specific instructions and deliver accurate loss valuations.
• Collaborate with senior adjusters and mentors to develop major‑loss expertise.
• Maintain detailed claim documentation in line with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial loss adjusting.
• Strong desire to progress into major‑loss adjusting, if not already specialised.
• Commitment to professional development, preferably pursuing ACILA qualifications.
• Ability to work independently from a home office within the South East England region.
