Management Accountant – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role
The company is seeking a Management Accountant on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support the finance team through change and project work. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts for an assigned division.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Perform month‑end balance‑sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare short‑ to medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
- Carry out cost and variance analysis.
Required profile
- Fully qualified, part‑qualified or qualified‑by‑experience accountant.
- Demonstrable experience in management accounting.
- Experience in an engineering environment is desirable.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
